All items are posted free of charge. The price you see is the price you pay. No more and no less.

We have all products in stock. The product will be sent out as soon as payment is received. Normally it is within 1-2 working day(s). As soon as the product is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail that notify you when the product is sent.

PAYMENT
We accept payments through PayPal. Please ensure that your PayPal address is current as we ship to that address only.

SHIPPING
We ship WORLDWIDE through UK Royal Mail services - AIR mail unless stated otherwise.
Airmail (small paper packet) has no insurance or tracking number. Delivery time ranges from 7 to 14 days, depending on the destination country. Please note that the number of delivery days is an estimate. Depending on the situation of delivery transport, customs clearance, and local handling conditions, the number of days will differ.

If you need your order to be delivered faster or need a tracking number, please take this notice into consideration and send us a message before payment so we can determine the best shipping method for you.

Please use correct capitalization, punctuation marks, and your existing/active email address when filling out the order form.

TAXES
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are 100% the BUYER'S responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

RETURNS
All sales are final. In order to keep prices affordable to you we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Unless the product is caused by damaged shipping or faulty manufacturing process. We strive to always supply the clearest and most detailed information in the descriptions of the items. Advice and consultation is available prior to making your purchase.

DAMAGED SHIPPING
Damaged products are subjected to verification. In the unlikely event of a insured shipment arrived damaged, you must report to our carrier and us within 48 hours. No exceptions! Replacement requests cannot be granted until the product in question is returned to us. If the shipping carrier broke the item, they require that you keep all original packaging materials that the item was shipped in so that they may inspect it. These materials are needed in order to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. Without the original packing material, the carrier will not allow a claim to be filed and no reimbursement or exchange can be made by us to you. We will ship you a replacement order or provide credit immediately upon insurance claim approval.

FAULTY MANUFACTURING
If a product is faulty due to the manufacturing process, We must also be contacted within 3 business days of receipt of the products to obtain a return authorization. we will replace the product free of charge (including the postage, if any). However The original item must be returned at the buyer expenses. Email notification please.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being returned to sender will be charged for shipping fees. Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subjected to a reshipment charge. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, we will refund your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee and the shipping fee we paid to ship the order to you.
